Your First Visit
On your first visit to anywhere new, it's common to feel slightly apprehensive. How long will it take to get there? Where will we park? What should we expect? How long will we be there? Let us set your mind at ease! Here some answers to some of your common questions...

When are your Sunday services?
We have three worship services each Sunday morning at 8:10, 9:30, and 11:00 AM. Read more about our worship services here.

What about my children?
Children and students are a priority at New Hope! While you're enjoying the worship service, your children can enjoy interactive activities with their peers. We encourage you to take advantage of these ministries so that you can get more out of the adult worship service.

A quiet, comfortable Mother's Room is available in our Preschool Wing for nursing infants. Most of our restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations for your convenience.

How do I get there?
We're located on the northeast side of Bryan, Ohio just off of Highway 127 in the Bona Vesta housing subdivision. For door-to-door driving direcitons, we recommend using online map sites such as www.mapquest.com or www.expedia.com. Use our main street address of 15627 US HWY 127 E/W. Of course, you can feel free to call us for assistance in driving directions should you need it.

You may also find it helpful to download some of our campus maps to help you know exactly where you're going once you get on the premises.

When should I arrive?
For your first visit, you'll want to arrive about 15-20 minutes before the service to give yourself plenty of time to park, enter the building, drop off your children at their special areas, find a seat, and feel settled.

Can I have a tour of your facility?
Absolutely! You may find this helpful to do before your first Sunday visit so that you and any children are comfortable with your surroundings. Call our church office at 419.636.1362 to schedule your tour. We are happy to give tours on Sunday mornings though. Simply stop by the South Campus Welcome Center and talk with our staff.

Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
All of our facilities are designed to be wheelchair friendly. You may wish to arrive especially early in order to avoid crowds which may make navigating a little more difficult. It is our pleasure to provide whatever services we can to assist you, so please do not hesitate to inform any of our parking attendants, greeters, ushers, or Welcome Center staff of your needs.

How should I dress?
Honestly, we believe that God is far more concerned with what's on the inside than what's on the outside. We want you to focus on opening your heart to what God might want to do in you and not be overly concerned with how you're dressed. We simply encourage our people to dress modestly and in a way that honors God.

A Few Other Items...
Welcome Packets - Please stop by the Welcome Center on your first visit. We have a special Welcome Packet full of helpful information that we would like to give you.

Pagers and Cell Phones - Please help us eliminate distractions in the worship service by turning off or silencing your pager or cell phone.

Meet our Staff - Even though our church is growing, our staff still remain accessible to you as always. We would love to have you introduce yourself on Sunday morning or come see us during the week.

Get Connected - There's so much more to New Hope than just Sunday morning! Find out more about the connection groups and other ministries that we offer throughout the week for adults, students, and children.
